At Otimark, we are committed to ensuring that our customers have a satisfying shopping experience. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which products may be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Please review this policy to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding returns.

1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, an item must be:

Otimark accepts returns within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within this period. Returns requested after 7 days from the date of delivery may not be accepted.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will guide you through the return process and offer solutions, such as replacement, repair, or refund, at no additional cost to you.

Please provide photographs of the damage or defect, along with your order details, to expedite the return process.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team by email or through our online support portal.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
  3. Once approved, our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions.
  4. Securely package the item, including the RMA number on the outside of the package, and ship it back to the designated return address.

Returns sent without authorization may be delayed or returned to the sender.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. For all other returns, Otimark does not cover shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of postage to ensure safe and verifiable delivery.

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. Processing returns typically takes 3–5 business days from the date we receive the package. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

Exchanges are subject to availability and can be requested for eligible items within the return period. If the desired item is unavailable, we will provide a refund or allow you to select an alternative item of equal or lesser value. Any price difference for higher-value items must be paid by the customer.

Items purchased on promotion or at a discounted rate are eligible for return based on this policy’s conditions. However, refunds will be issued only for the amount paid at the time of purchase, not the original item price.

Orders may be canceled if the request is made before the item has shipped. Once an order has shipped, it will be subject to our standard return process. If you wish to cancel an order, contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details.

12. Unauthorized Returns

Items returned without prior authorization or outside of the eligible return window may be returned to the sender, at the sender’s expense, or discarded. Otimark reserves the right to refuse refunds or exchanges for unauthorized returns.
